This pair of brown and yellow terrific turtle charms have a cute hat so their heads won't get sunburned when they go for their daily stroll.
These are hand painted so each varies slightly.

About 15mm or 5/8 inch tall with loop about 17mm wide and 5mm thick.
Gold tone loop measures about 2mm opening.
Backs are flat.
